My Story

I’m Jennifer Adams, founder of Adams Emotional Agility Coaching and a passionate advocate for emotional growth, resilience, and authentic living.

With over 20 years in education as a teacher and administrator, I’ve guided hundreds of individuals through seasons of change, self-doubt, and transformation. I hold a Master of Fine Arts and am a certified life coach, which allows me to blend creativity, compassion, and strategic coaching into every client interaction.

Beyond titles and credentials, I’m someone who understands what it means to carry the weight of expectations, to question your worth, and to crave deeper connection with others and with yourself.

I believe emotions are our biggest compass.   Emotions are information, powerful messengers that, when embraced, can unlock your purpose and guide you toward lasting change.
